Coms coms coms- plans for le future.

This is for a couple of people. So <--- sempai c: this will help out with plans to come.

So I'll be breaking down the next few things I want in tiers. Each tier is reflected on a person. People I didn't get to that wanted some things that I also wanted, chars that I left out/behind, etc. So for example:
TIER 1 may be related to
Whhhhy does he get first dibs in the tiers? Simple. Promised him some shit would be done when he went to the Navy- never got to it or it was pushed back- so now I shall make up for lost time.
The two things we shall be doing are:

*Comic chapter 3

*Comic chapter 4

It may not seem like a lot...but it is. Comics are harder to make- take more time- and honestly the both of us have to work on some tweaks on our other project. I also have to show him his char in MY own project so

TIER 2 is related to  
Second dibs and why? She's a cool da sis and I have sadly not been able to talk to her much at all :c we rp and she has fallen in love with some of my chars and so that means a lot to me X3

The 3 things she wants to see are:

*Mindy the dragon girl (also related to TIER 3)

*Mely siph unborn- a char that was already drawn but she wants her drawn again so Ambeh I have an idea on that when the time comes >u>

*and lastly Mary Cross....more commonly known as dishonorable angel "Bloody Mary."

We met a long while ago....not exaaactly sure how. I think we met through another friend of mine and instantly (at least for me) we bonded like bro and sis. Since then we randomly beep one another- no matter if it is causal talk- serious talk- or just random shit and rps XD

TIER 3 (last tier) is related to one of my new friends
third dibs and why? She's a very cool and yes- cute person. Have you heard her talk? XD so adorable. Anyways. She's pretty sweet and random and she's just overall a good friend c: so why not?
I remember she wants to see:

*and lastly Nieves (now this is a tricky one...she's based off my Neon Wolf but she also has her own part in one of my projects so)

TIER 4 (new tier) is now related to a very- very- VERY old friend of mine who I adored so much in the past. We started talking once again- we patched things up- and we're ready to cause mayhem and chaos again......:3 like we ever did that XD but nah. THIS tier is related to

Now- a few things I'd like to bring up real fast about said friend since...none of you really know her. She's a make up artists (>u> or at least last time I checked she was.) You know when CGI makes a movie look worse and good 'ol costumes and make up shine through? Yeah she kind of does that XD. From some easy concepts to more advanced ones- I remember she was always good around the Halloween costume--...stuff....XD anyways. She's pretty cool c: We go back >>; quite a ways actually. She waaas my FIRST <--- Da friend on here so yeah.

Now what could she possibly want? No idea. She just popped up after so long and I'm gonna have to fill her in on all my fucking works -.-; all 15+ anime projects- all my new chars- and my first project with my first Char- Sierra. Yeah. It actually has a story now! So there ya go XDDDDDD

1. Sabrina (kind of a scrapped char due to her inactivity in my rps. I'll think of a way to get her back in there)
2. Serenity (Blue haired Angel girl with a twist)
3. Soren Anari (Son of Sierra- with a vamped up design)
4. Xena Suzuki (>>; a char design I was leaving for a friend of mine- but ya know. just in case he doesn't get to it any time soon)
